Susana is certified professional coach and international leadership facilitator who specialises in helping leaders to think more creatively, communicate more effectively, and influence others more skilfully. She is highly experienced at coaching senior managers, helping them to enhance their emotional intelligence and to build high-performing teams.

With 10 years’ sales and management experience in the international corporate world, Susana has an innate understanding of, and empathy with, the global clients she coaches. She works with our multinational clients across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
