With over 30 years’ experience in learning and development, Rob successfully brings about innovation and transformation for our multinational clients across Europe, Asia and Australasia. Key responsibilities
Rob leads and delivers Artgym’s leadership development programs for our international clients, as well as delivering our Advanced Diploma in Leading Creative Collaboration in Asia. His special talent is to listen keenly to the outcomes a client wants to achieve and then to create a feeling of total trust and psychological safety with his individual group members.
