Louise has worked with Artgym for over 10 years and was until recently the Course Director for the Advanced Diploma in Leading Creative Collaboration. She was involved in the original design and launch of this ground-breaking accredited programme and was also involve in supporting the launch of the Advance Diploma in Shanghai where she held the role of course tutor.

She has led numerous research, design and delivery projects with Artgym over the years and has worked with many global organisations. She has nearly 30 years of experience in leading change in individuals, teams and organisations, and specialises in arts-based methods.

She is currently a PHD student within the Department of Psychosocial and Psychoanalytical studies at the University of Essex. Her research interest involves exploring the emotional, psychological and relational processes that help or hinder transformation in individuals, organisations, communities and adult education.

Louise has a MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy and is course director at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education for the Post Graduate Diploma in the Therapeutic & Educational Application of The Arts.

Louise is passionate about the power of creative collaboration to effect positive change in the world and has recently co-edited the special edition journal on creative collaboration for the Association of Management Education and Development.

Louise loves walking, especially going on long pilgrimages, and is happiest when she has a rucksack on her back and her walking boots on.
