Malcolm Nerva is a trainer, facilitator, and coach with 17 years’ experience in China, Singapore, and AsiaPac.

Since his arrival in China in 2002, Malcolm has worked with numerous multinational, state-owned and small and medium enterprises throughout the mainland. Over the course of his career he has trained, coached, and assessed over 10,000 participants from all over the world. His clients include Airbus, Alibaba, BMW, China
Railway, Huawei and Volkswagen.

Malcolm recently delivered a team-building programme for a German auto maker aimed at improving participant’s abilities to adapt and thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world. He also recently worked with a Chinese MNC ecommerce, retail, Internet and AI conglomerate company to explore, understand and improve Intercultural Communications.

Malcolm graduated from The National University of Singapore with a Bachelors (Honors) in Business Administration. He is certified in MBTI Step I and II, DISC, Firo-B, and the Enneagram, and is a Career and Behavioral Consultant as well as an NLP Executive Coach. He is a regular guest lecturer at the BBA, MBA, and Masters of Finance programs at Peking, Tsinghua, and Renmin universities.

In his free time, Malcolm plays a number of instruments and loves to sing.
