He taps into a number of techniques, including somatic intelligence, which complements and deepens the impact of rational thought.
Alex has spent more than 18 years investigating, applying and training in the areas of personal and professional development. His work draws on experience from both the business and charity sector where he co-designed and led business education and leadership programmes for over 25,000 people, including the first Global Social Leaders Programme for Future Foundations, now in its 7th year.
In 2013 Alex moved from London to Bolivia and worked as National Director of Sustainable Bolivia, an NGO supporting over 33 local organisations with human and financial resources. His work was recognised by the UN foundation who described Alex as “One of 24 people to watch who want to change the world,” citing Alex´s ability to link people, organizations and opportunities. Recently, he also co-founded Emerging Leaders Bolivia, a project aiming to develop the leadership qualities of young people of diverse social backgrounds.
Alex taps into his own creative expression through salsa, bachata, guitar, cooking, outdoor treks and visual workshop design.
