1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, process and store any personal data we collect as part of the service we provide you as our client. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, related domains and mobile applications. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If we make any material changes, we will let you know ASAP.

With the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect from the 25th of May 2018, we have carried a robust review of all our data processing activities and updated our Privacy Policy to reflect the changes that we have made to be compliant.

3.4.1 At Artgym Productions Ltd we use a number of third party software providers to ensure that we provide you with the highest level of service. The third-party software providers act as our ‘Data Processors’ as they process your data on our behalf. We carry out robust checks of all third-party providers to ensure that they are GDPR compliant.

3.4.2 We may also share your information to prevent, investigate, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service or any other agreement related to our services or otherwise required by law.

3.4.3 We may also share your information to conform to legal requirements, or to respond to lawful court orders, subpoenas, warrants, or other requests by public authorities.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of services by clients will be subject to the following charges:

Cancellation within 28 – 15 days from date of intervention: 50% of fees and materials costs and 100% of non-recoverable expenses.

Cancellation within 14 – 1 days from date of intervention: 100% of fees, materials costs and non-recoverable expenses.
