Stefan Cornelius


As a management facilitator and leadership coach, Stefan aims to help individuals and teams to achieve their goals. This includes guiding leadership teams in creating a vision, defining ways of working and solving conflict. What is more, Stefan has designed and ran various leadership programmes for global organisations. He is also coaching senior leaders from various industries.

Over the past 20 years Stefan worked with 6000+ people in the US, the United Kingdom, India, China, Hong Kong, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic and Sweden, Switzerland. He works with Global Players like Ferrari, adidas, Nokia, Ernst & Young, Airbus, Capgemini and Deutsche Post. He has gained ample experience in designing, building and running bespoke workshops and leadership programmes. He supports his coachees in gaining more confidence and progressing with their career.

Having pursued his academic career in the UK, France, Germany and earning a degree in mechanical engineering, a post-graduate degree in business and an MBA. Stefan is licensed to use the Myers-Briggs type indicator (MBTI®) as well as the LIFO®-Method. Speaking fluent English and German, Stefan also holds a non-expiring ICAO language proficiency certificate level 6 (of 6).

Stefan uses his emotional intelligence to better understand his clients and their needs. He listens carefully and does not shy away from challenging them – always with the best intentions to encourage them and help them grow.

Learning and development is and will always be Stefan’s biggest professional passion. His passion is to understand people’s talents, to challenge and bring out the best in them. A mix of curiosity, empathy, experience and humour enable him to be the sounding board for leaders who want to move to the next level. Beyond that his greatest passion is being a parent and in his spare time he enjoys acting as a pilot in command and participates regularly in triathlon competitions.
