Iris Re

Iris facilitates group training as well as workshops and specialises in young leadership development, team building, change processes and mediation. As a Master of business and arts Iris easily adapt to various situations, challenges and cultural differences. Iris speaks fluent German and English.

Iris worked in an industrial company (Buckbee-Mears), a music festival (Ludwigsburger Festspiele), several international marketing agencies (Carlson Marketing, Gage Group, GrassRootsGroup) and facilitates training and mediation over the last 10 years. She gained her experience within the automotive (e.g. Ford, RenaultNissan), sporting goods (e.g. adidas), retail (e.g. Shiseido, Elizabeth Arden, Sony, Canon), assurance (e.g. Winterthur), auditing company (e.g. EY), pharmaceutical (e.g. Bayer), telecommunication (e.g. T-mobile) and urban administration industries. In the last 2 years Iris started working with adults that needed occupational re-training due to mental or physical stress.

Communication is the key to success in business – Iris believes that reflection of ones position helps to originate needs. Therefore she challenges people to create an understanding of diversity and inclusion. By using transformative mediation (e.g. socratic method) people create consensus instead of compromise. She is licensed to use the Myers-Briggs type indicator (MBTI) and certified mediator (University of Darmstadt) as well as Artgym Certified Facilitator.

Iris loves to inspire people by bringing them together for shared experiences that are relevant, energetic and memorable. She helps individuals and organisations to create innovative solutions that make a positive impact on people’s lives. By doing so, she fully believes that people will bring out their best for themselves, their team as well as for the company.

Iris is always looking for ideas “out of the box” that will broaden one’s mind and help people and organisations to grow. She believes that most answers people struggle with, lie in their subconscious. Iris has found her balance, using emotional awareness.
