Candy Jannetta

Facilitator/Coach

Candy is an Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator who specialises in transition coaching, leadership development for women, developing high-performing teams, communication and presentation skills for impact, story-telling for creatives, emotional intelligence psychometric for senior leaders and facilitating large groups and events.

Candy has a background in Marketing and Media having worked at Warner Music International, CNN and various digital marketing agencies. In her role as Senior Account Director in digital agencies she led teams of designers, copywriters and developers to deliver websites and digital campaigns for varied clients including, Apple, BT, Dulux, Reckitt Benckiser and Eurostar. Her training and development experiences include consulting and facilitating on large-scale change management programs for the Scottish NHS and National Grid. She has also designed and embedded organisational-wide cultural transformation for Time Out and Lebara. Her coaching work includes supporting senior leaders through ICBC’s (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China) acquisition of Standard Bank’s London-based global markets business. More recently she has worked as team and leadership coach for adidas’ year-long Western Europe Talent Academy program. She is currently facilitating Experienced People Management programs for Adidas across Europe.

Candy is a certified Emotional Capital Report (ECR) practitioner and uses this psychometric assessment to diagnose blocks which senior leaders have to high-performance. She is also an accredited Coach and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching and abides by their code of ethics, including receiving regular coaching supervision. She has also trained in NVC (Non-violent Communication) facilitation to manage and resolve conflict. She has a joint honours degree in French and English and is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Candy is action and result orientated as well as looking at all coaching and development from a very human and intuitive perspective. She focuses on practical application and aligning learning and development to business strategy and objectives.

As a learning and development practitioner Candy is committed to life-long learning and is currently studying Spanish at an advanced level. She is committed to giving back and does pro-bono coaching for Save The Children and Unicef. She has two children aged 7 and 9 and especially enjoys roller-skating with her daughter and learning about history with her son. Her own interests include, yoga, mountain-biking, hiking and travel.
