Bettina Helfenstein


Bettina accompanies organizations and corporations with complex, large-scale, international change programs, conceptualizes and moderates result-oriented (large) group-events and (leadership) team or strategy workshops. She designs and delivers customized leadership development programs.

She is coach for change intentions, facilitator of leadership development programs, moderator of events/ workshops, internationally experienced strategy consultant.

Bettina moderates strategy and planning workshops (e.g. Konica Minolta, SIEWA, Coloplast, Telekom, Sutter), team building workshops and offsite meetings (e.g. BNPP, Union Investment, Lufthansa) as well as change management workshops (e.g. Roche, Allianz).

She facilitates change processes to successfully and sustainably implement new strategies, structures, IT-systems, processes or behaviours (e.g. Roche).

She designs and delivers customized development programs to improve capabilities to lead employees, manage change, manage projects, organise yourself, preserve creativity and productivity under performance pressure, moderate workshops, present effectively, master changing environments, manage inter-cultural teams and diversity, deal with conflict and resistance (e.g. adidas, Capgemini, Lufthansa).

Bettina is a certified systemic organizational consultant and coach.

She holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA) as well as a Master in Media Science and Mass-Communication from the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover (Germany).

Her consulting approach is based on the systemic understanding of organization and leadership. With her work she hopes to help people find their own intrinsic answers. She measures her success in the contribution to a smooth implementation of sustainable development plans.

The success of her clients’ employees is her passion.

Based on her personal experience as a former leader in a male-dominated consulting industry, she is especially passionate about coaching female leaders.
