Anna Braybrooke

Project Manager

Anna works closely with our clients, ensuring that programmes are designed and delivered to the highest standard. She creates proposals to meet clients’ briefs, designs programme content and liaises with facilitators to make sure that projects stay on track!

Anna began her career in the advertising industry, working for clients including Dolce and Gabbana before moving into the not-for-profit sector, where she has worked with a variety of arts and community organisations. She specialises in delivering personal development programmes for participants from a wide range of backgrounds. Landmark past projects include creating an accredited youth leadership course, piloting a groundbreaking interfaith programme for teenage girls, and programming an arts festival.

Anna has a BA in Drama and English Literature at the University of East Anglia and completed a postgraduate fellowship in Social Leadership and Enterprise with Year Here. She also has a Certificate in Counselling Skills, which ensures that she brings a person-centred approach to the project design process.

Studying drama has given Anna a keen eye for in observing how people think and act, and an understanding of the wide range of skills that leadership requires. Her background in counselling has developed her listening skills and empathy, making her adept at identifying different clients’ needs and styles of working.

Anna is passionate about bringing creativity into business, and enjoys working with clients and facilitators to help them meet their goals. In her spare time she loves going to the theatre and has had a play published. She volunteers as a trustee for the homeless charity Together In Barnet.
