Coming from a technical background as a Chemical engineer and having spent almost 15 years in the international corporate arena in different sales management roles, Susana brings a unique combination of both, analytical – technical skills and interpersonal – soft skills. This combination allows her to fully engage with the participants and facilitate the best of the learning experiences so that they can own the learning and feel empowered to continue developing their skills.
A professional certified coach by CTI and a NLP licensed Practitioner fluent in Spanish and English, Susana has worked with many senior managers and leaders worldwide helping them lead their teams more effectively by developing their influencing skills and self-awareness. Alongside with communication and leadership, Sales training is another of Susana ́s areas of expertise helping sales teams to build long-term profitable relationships with their customers and take their sales performance to their next level.
Her clients, Waters, First Data, DLL, Fisher Scientific, amongst many others, would define her facilitation style as engaging, professional, effective and fun. She loves what she does and that has a positive impact on her clients.
