Louise specialises in applying creative and arts-based methodologies to her work in organisational, community and personal transformation. She trained as an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist with the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education where she is currently Course Leader for the Post Graduate Certificate in Therapeutic Arts. As a researcher and designer, her work is influenced human-centred design thinking with a strong emphasis on inclusivity, diversity and meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders. Her delivery style is highly interactive and experiential that focuses on creating the optimal environment for transformation.
