Claire is an experienced Facilitator and Coach, she has worked with clients in a variety of sectors designing and delivering programmes across different geographic locations and cultures often where English isn’t the first language.
She is highly skilled at designing and delivering experiential interventions and is passionate about ensuring programmes and events are creative, interactive, practical and relevant ensuring participants translate the learnings in to sustainable change both within themselves and their organisations.

With over 20 years experience in large international organisations such as Vodafone, Siemens, Ernst & Young, Verizon and Hutchison 3G. Claire began her career in HR then moved in to a Senior Leadership role in Commercial Management within the digital and technology sector where she led the division through a fast paced and challenging transition programme.
Claire also previously worked for a global coaching consultancy where she worked closely with clients to design and deliver coaching and leadership programmes for UK and global organisations including Unilever, Mars, NBC Universal and British Gas.
Claire is a Professional Co-Active Coach and trained with the internationally renowned, ICF accredited Coaches Training Institute. More recently she trained in Team Coaching using Organisation System Relationship Coaching (ORSC) with the ICF accredited CRR Global.
