As a highly experienced Organisation Development Consultant, Facilitator and Leadership Coach, Chrissie helps individuals and organisations to be the best they can be. She helps them to find purpose, authenticity, and passion – so that individually and collectively they understand who they are, what they want, why it matters and how they’ll succeed.
Chrissie spent the first 12 years of her career in a number of HR and Learning & Development roles, working within dynamic, fast growing international businesses in the Technology, Telecoms and Online Travel & Retail industries – including Sun Microsystems, Orange, lastminute.com and ASOS. Her work included organisational restructuring, cultural transformation, employee engagement and leadership development programmes and initiatives. In 2010, she founded realise-u, an organisation committed to helping individuals, teams and organisations understand and develop themselves to achieve all that they want to. Chrissie always puts self-awareness, self- expression, creativity, collaboration and practical application at the heart of her work, which has seen her collaborate with clients all over the world – including Westfield, Spotify, Exterion Media, UKTV and NGA HR. In 2015 realise-u joined forces with the award winning organisation People Brands to become artgym, where Chrissie is now the Managing Director.
In addition to her role as Managing Director of artgym, her role as one of artgym’s Senior Facilitators and Coaches sees Chrissie working with clients from senior executives to future leaders. Having trained as a Co-Active Coach with the internationally renowned ICF-accredited Coaches Training Institute (CTI), as well as having trained in Organisation Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) with CRR Global, also ICF accredited, Chrissie uses a number of the Co-Active & ORSC methods in her coaching. She is also certified to use various Psychometric Assessments including the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI), Hogan Assessments, Myers Briggs (MBTI) and TKI. Chrissie draws on the appropriate assessments as well as more general management, leadership and coaching techniques in order to help her clients build clear goals, increase their self-awareness and confidence, and find practical solutions and actions for sustainable performance.
A CIPD award-winner for ‘outstanding performance and contribution’, she is a graduate of Sociology & Psychology (BSc Hons) and has a Masters Degree in HR Management -awarded with Distinction.
