Candy spent 10 years in Marketing and Media working at Warner Music, CNN and with blue chip clients, including: Apple, BT, Dulux, Reckitt Benckiser and Eurostar in her role as an Account Director and Marketing Consultant. For the past 11 years, she has combined her strong corporate background with coaching accreditation to become a leading executive coach and facilitator.
She has worked as a facilitator and coach on large scale change management programs for the Scottish NHS, National Grid and the Learning Skills Council. Her work includes career progression and leadership development, developing a “Lattice Pathway Coaching” model to help leaders progress and develop within a flatter organizational structure, transition coaching and helping senior managers deal with complex change within their organizations.
Candy is committed to helping organizations work more efficiently, develop leaders and retain and motivate key talent. Her recent work includes a cultural transformational program at Time Out (London), various projects with adidas globally including: coaching senior managers, designing and implementing a presentation skills program for the design team and designing and facilitating on a global leadership program, team development workshops at the London School of Economics and leadership coaching programs for senior leaders in IT and Finance at Standard Bank.
Candy is a certified Emotional Capital Report (ECR) practitioner and uses this psychometric assessment to diagnose blocks which senior leaders have to reaching their full leadership potential. Candy is an accredited Coach an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching and abides by their code of ethics.
